The Treasurer serves in this role for both WPCI and its non-profit entity WPCI Education Fund, Inc. (WPCIEFI)

WPCI:

  • Receives all monies belonging to WPCI
  • Makes a financial report of each regular meeting
  • Issues reimbursement checks
  • Keeps an itemized record of all receipts and disbursements
  • Is responsible for state and federal government reports of both WPCI and WPCIEFI
  • Submit WPCI’s books for an audit at the close of the fiscal year
  • Receives bonding through our auditor
  • Receives and pays bills

 WPCIEFI:

  • Issues scholarship money
  • Deposits donations
  • Has custody of all funds, property and securities of the corporation, subject to such regulations as may be imposed by the Board of Directors
  • Is governed by the bonding and requirements of WPCI in keeping an accurate account of all moneys and obligations received and paid or incurred for the corporation.
